WORKSHOP WITH UNDP | Swarga Foundation

On January 25, 2025, Swarga Foundation, in association with UNDP, DEOC, and CII-IBDN, held a workshop at Vivanta by Taj focused on creating inclusive workspaces for persons with disabilities. The event attracted HR leaders from various sectors and MSMEs. Speakers Noorulla Kalesha, Karthiga, Santosh, and Swarnalatha shared their experiences with inclusion, with Ms. Rama Krishnamachari curating and moderating the session. The event’s partners included Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation and CITI.

The workshop aimed to encourage employers to hire persons with disabilities. Among the speakers were Balasubramanian Munuswamy from UNDP, Shridhar Suriyanarayanan from ZF Wind Power Limited, Srikanth DJ from TNSDC, and Neil Kikani from Young Indians.
